Key items for baby shopping list

This topic reminds me of when I was shopping for my baby. I bought quite a lot!  Both the ones I used and the ones I never used, which led to the launch of @zadobkiddies, where mums can buy and also sell kiddies items that they never used.

So I had to put up this list as a guide to help mums shop key things they need for their little angels.

For me, the list below is very important:
1. Onesies
2. Baby Bottles
3. Blankets
4. Towels ( Face towel too for bathing  baby)
5. Bibs
6. Burp Cloths
7. Manicure Set
8. Socks
9. Pacifier
10. Sterilizer ( This is not a must because you can buy a transparent bucket with cover , boil hot water and use it to sterilize the bottles)
11. Mittens ( To cover baby’s hand to avoid scratching face or any other part of their body)
12. Diaper ( I recommend Molfix , you can use huggies for the first 3 months then switch to Molfix )
13. Baby Bath Set
14. Dettol or Savlon
15. Baby Soap
16. Baby Rocker ( You can buy Infant to Toddler Rocker )
17. Swing with melody
18. Bassinet ( Graco Play Yard or any other Play Yard Or Baby Crib)
19. Mosquito Net


These are basically key things for me from Newborn to 3M.

Then from 4M we move to another baby bottle set because some people introduce formula or puree from this stage.

More onesies are also required here and other baby clothes in addition to the following items:


1. Another set of bottles for puree
2. More clothes ( 6 – 9M size)
3. Walker ( The one baby sits inside )
4. Shoes
5. Socks
6. New Set of towels ( If you didn’t buy much during your first shopping )
7. Toys
8. Play Mat

Then from 7 – 8M, baby would have started standing when holding may be table or chair; so you would also need the following items :

1. The walker you got few months ago is still relevant so continue with it
2. Engaging toys with music
3. More clothes


Then from 12M you will need :


1. Educational Toys
2. More Clothes and shoes
