Employability skill development program

We have come to understand that while formal education gives foundational knowledge to the individual, it does not provide other necessary skills for them to become exceptional.

Also, skill acquisition and leadership development are critical for nation building and wealth creation. As a result we offer training programmes and coaching services to youths. We are committed to equipping these critical stakeholders with the skills, tools and support that they require to serve as change agents.

The Grooming Academy aims to bring together the most promising youth leaders for an innovative program designed to prepare each of them for a lifetime of leadership. Students will be selected to complete an innovative curriculum with a unique focus on soft skill acquisition and leadership.  Graduates of the academy will afterwards be given the opportunity to work with the best in various industries for a 3 month internship.
