There is an exciting thing about new year , new month , new week etc... Motivation is usually high on the goals we intend to achieve, however, like every other emotion , motivation do drop and when this happens , we tend to lose interest or just become unmotivated. Anyone can actually feel motivated or unmotivated , the thin line is self - discipline. And I must tell you that, it is not easy at all, but can be cultivated. One easy way to start building this, is writing the goals down , pasting it where you visit often such as bedside , bathroom , wardrobe and also on your phone with reminder dates. Another important tool is having an accountability partner! This is as important as setting the goals. When you have someone that you are accountable to , it has a way of making you stay through the process, not because the person will flog you ..lol but largely due to the fact that you do not wish to disappoint the person and yourself..
